We run the instruction, so the board does not have to.
HJK Ventures is an instruction operator. We staff, schedule, register and teach; the club stays the club.
What we do
- Hire, schedule and manage the teaching staff, including certification and background checks.
- Build and run the program calendar: junior pathway, adult clinics, socials, leagues and private lessons.
- Operate registration and payment through CourtReserve, so the club is not handling class money.
- Report on participation and court utilization to the board on a schedule you set.
What changed at University City Racquet Club
UCRC brought HJK Ventures in to take over instruction on three of its six courts. We put a full junior pathway on the schedule, added adult clinics through the week, and moved registration into CourtReserve so the club no longer administers sign-ups. Members got a programmed facility; the board kept governance and membership entirely.

What stays with you
Membership, court rental, facility rules and governance stay with the club. Both clubs we teach at are independently operated, and that is the arrangement we prefer.
